Returns & Exchanges

We offer a full refund within seven days of purchase and online store credit within 14 days. It's important to note that we cannot accept returns after the 14-day window. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed or damaged, including those with stains or odors. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges for exchanges or returns. If you're returning a product, please ensure it's insured and trackable as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost during transit. Once we receive the merchandise, please allow 2-4 weeks for exchanges to be processed. A credit will be issued to the original method of payment upon receipt of the merchandise. Note that the credit will be processed only after we receive the merchandise. Exchanges will be shipped out once the exchanged merchandise is received at W29 Activewear.
